Thịt lợn là thực phẩm phổ biến trong trong gia đình người Việt. Thay vì những cách nấu truyền thống bạn có thể kết hợp thịt lợn với các loại rau củ quả để thêm màu sắc cũng như kích thích bữa ăn. Thịt lợn xào chua ngọt là một món ăn ngon và dễ làm, thường được dùng chung với cơm. Thịt lợn mềm, vị chua chua, ngọt ngọt, ngấm đều gia vị, kích thích vị giác.
Thịt lợn thái miếng mỏng, ướp với muối, tiêu, bột chiên giòn, trộn đều lên để 10 phút cho ngấm.
Đặt nồi lên bếp, cho dầu ăn đun nóng, cho thịt vào chiên trong khoảng 3 phút. Đến khi thịt vừa chín vàng là được. Không chiên quá lâu, miếng thịt sẽ khô.
Lấy một cái chảo khác, cho chút xíu dầu ăn, đun nóng rồi phi tỏi băm cho thơm. Tiếp đến cho nước sốt cà chua vào, thêm chút nước lọc, đun sôi. Cho tiếp dấm trắng, muối tiêu, đường, khuấy đều. Nêm nếm cho vị chua mặn ngọt vừa ăn.
Cuối cùng cho thịt vừa chiên vào sốt, khuấy đều, đun lửa vừa trong vài phút cho thịt ngấm. Tiếp theo cho hành lá vào và tắt bếp. Bày ra đĩa thưởng thức cùng cơm nóng.
