Nêm nếm gia vị với đường, hắc xì dầu, nước tương vào chảo đồ xào, trộn đều lên. Khi đã xào nguyên liệu chín tái, thì chế lượng nước vừa ngập mặt nguyên liệu. Đem đun chảo cho sôi lên rồi hạ nhỏ lửa.
Bạn để như vậy và om thịt đến khi tất cả nguyên liệu chín mềm, nước bắt đầu cạn dần thì thả đậu Hà Lan vào. Khuấy tan 1 muỗng bột năng với chút nước rồi rưới vào chảo thịt cho nước sốt sánh lại là hoàn thành nha. Múc thịt viên om ra chén rồi ăn thôi nào.
