Great Book! I Bought These As Gifts To Give Away. High Quality Leather, And Soft Suede .... Very Nice!! This Book Is Very Sturdy And Strong, But Soft And Bendable!! Soft Pages That Are Easy To Turn. I Purchased The Large Print Edition And The Smaller Version... Personally, I Like The Large Print Better. You Can See The Difference In My Pictures. I Am Very Happy With My Purchases.

good for your moods
This is a good book because it gives you scripture for when you're feeling__________and it lists all the moods you could be in. I've used it many times already when i was angry, having marital problems, finance problems-you name it-it's in the book. and it's small & portable.
what to do when you are:
couldn't find the leather bound version of this, but this is my favorite confirmation gift to give. I received one when I was confirmed in the Lutheran church at age 15 and have used it many many times over the last 20 years. " what to do when you are" (depressed, lack faith, tempted, etc.) just bible verses, no commentary. It's really great!

I bought this “NKJV God’s Promises For Your Every Need” 9-topic, categorized list of Bible Scriptures in October 2019 for $4.99. It’s cover is burgundy color, thick paper, textured surface. Options were soft cover, leather or paper, which is the “Regular Kivar Edition, ISBN 978-1-4041-8665-1”. The book has 335 pages (including Scriptures of ”God’s Plan of Salvation”) and 12 blank pages for your own notes, favorite verses, prayer lists, etc., which I appreciate. It’s a great gift or at bedside, by favorite chair or carry size, of 6”x4”x1”. Reviewer Mandymo wrote, it’s a little book “for anyone who likes little religious sayings and poems” but actually, those are all Bible verses with Scripture references (enables finding them in Bibles, to be read in context), the poems are in Psalms (songs to be played on instruments and sung), mostly written by David. It’s a useful, thought gift for others who might not still be able to comfortably hold their favorite Bibles (Old & New Testaments) but their favorite verses can be written on those 12 lined pages at the back of this book, if they aren’t in one of the 9 categories.

What a great little book to have handy when you need some Scripture passages by specific topic! This handbook is organized by subject category, such as "Love," "Grief," "Depression,"etc., and is particulrly useful when you need words of comfort or want to find a certain passage. I always have one on hand for our own use, and have given many away to others who are in need of some encouragement.
