Just don’t add ice
I use this coffee maker every other day to make a pitcher of ice tea and it’s delicious!! I’ve read a lot of reviews about the pitcher breaking but if your careful with it and don’t add ice it’s fine..I fill it up all the way with water instead and when it’s done brewing I let it cool then put in another container in the refrigerator. You won’t be sorry you bought it so much better than the plastic pitcher ones.

Buy this tea maker!
Wow! I've been using "the other brand" tea maker for over 20 years. The one I had keep leaking water all over the counter. So I purchased the Nostalgia tea maker. Love it! I made my sweet tea the way I've always made it. It tasted better than ever! Love love love. The tea had flavor. Lots of flavor. It is easy to use. And it looks modern and stylish on the counter instead of cheap and childish. Love. Would buy again and would highly recommend.

Love this tea maker. We’ve had it for a few months and I make tea almost once a day. The dial for tea strength is great so you can have your tea strong or light. It also looks great on the counter and isn’t an eye sore.

Excellent quality, makes delicious tea
I have been on the hunt for an excellent ice tea maker for a while. I did a lot of research, and I have tried various methods. This ice tea maker, it makes an excellent quality, is user-friendly, and has an easy cleanup. The glass picture, it was ideal for me, because I feel like glass doesn’t retain stain and smells. While the glass does feel a little thin, as of now it’s held up well. I’m just very cautious when handwashing it

Awesome iced tea maker
Only problem is the lack of instructions. After some trial and error, here's my recipe for perfect iced tea with this machine: One luzianne tea bag Two bags Irish breakfast Pour 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda on top of ice in carafe I like my tea dark & strong, so I keep it dialed to 8. I make a pitcher every other day for a thirsty family of 4.

This makes better tea than our Mr Coffee tea maker ever did. The pitcher is extremely light and probably won't stand up to any abuse, but it is glass so it won't be absorbing any odors and will be easy to clean if you forget it has tea and it happens to mold.

Bought for my husband for Christmas, he’s an avid tea drinker and doesn’t particularly likes the iced watered down taste of the cubes, so no worries about breaking the pitcher. Good quality and shows well on the countertop.

Looks classy on counter!
So it’s is more expensive than the colorful plastic jobs, but I think it’s worth it. It looks like an appliance on the counter. Fits in nicely with a vita mix soda stream and opel ice maker. Works great. I really like the ability to use loose or bagged tea. Also being able to adjust the tea strength is a nice feature. The carafe is glass which sort of scares me so I’m careful. Just an aside. I make my tea on the strongest setting without any ice and then fill with water to the ice line. Then I ice my glass. It works great and I only use the ice when I need it.

March 5, 2019. Love this tea maker. I make about 5 pitchers per week and it’s going great. 👍👍👍👍👍 This tea maker is great. Easy to use and keep clean. I’ve had mine since early January 2018. Somehow the glass pitcher got a crack in the bottom. I don’t know if I was stirring to hard with my wood spoon or what. BUT, I contacted costumer service sent a copy of my receipt and they are sending me a replacement pitcher. I didn’t register my purchase as I should have for warranty reasons. Thus they requested a copy of my receipt. I ordered via Amazon model C13BK.👍👍

We loved our ice tea coffee machine!
It’s was a Christmas gift for my husband but we are so excited for test it and we opened before Christmas. Hehehe and it exceeded expectations of my husband. He simply loved it, so easy to do and to clean. He loved the jar come with it and until now we dont had problems about broken it by put hot or cold water although it is very thin, what i was worried about. I just think the machine is exaggerated biggest than I imagined but it fine, he loves to do a lot the ice tea, so for him it is perfect.
